Some of housekeeping was friendly.The manager is a real dummy.I visit lake Charles every year to visit relatives there. and we always stay at best western. It is close to the casinos, fast foods, and everything else. Upgraded TV, coffee, and the breakfast was great.Not much to tell.We have stayed at this hotel before and the people are very friendly, bedding was wonderful, and the breakfast was great. We plan to stay there again and pass the word around about its comfort.
