Whether you have a day, a week, a month, or more, Xanadu can meet your needs with unlimited hospitality. Constructed in the mid 80's, more than 60 one and two bedroom furnished condos, arranged around pools, spas, and pleasant courtyards. Xanadu is located 3 blocks from Lake Havasu and the beach, and is centrally located to "everything". Each of our condos has a private entrance, a spacious living/family room with cozy furnishings, cable TV, and a private balcony or patio. They also offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils for your convenience. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Please note that a $300 security deposit will be required upon check in. Check is between 2 and 5pm. Please bring a copy of confirmation, valid credit card of person checking in for file, or cash for deposit. A security deposit of $300 will be collected upon check in.
