Overall Rating:
The staff were friendly.
There was an odor in the hallway that I was not pleased with.It was okay for the price and the time of the year.They had coffee in the morning and some donuts. Not really a continental breakfast. It was fine for something quick. Maybe it's different in the spring and summer because of the lake.

Convenient, clean, love Havasu for a nice break.Sparse landscaping.I stayed at a 2-star last year in the same area, paid more, and the room had not even been cleaned from the previous occupant. I was nervous about taking a 1-star, but delighted with the overall value for price.

It was quiet.Poor breakfast buffet.Off the beaten path a little. More concerned with business guests of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, a few donuts and some dry cereal. They charged a $2 service charge but didn't say what it was for.

The hotel clerk was friendly.The bath towels are too small.It was clean & fairly cheap for the location.

None.The hotel service was horrible and unfriendly.The hotel service was not good at all; they were rude as well as unhelpful. I would never book a reservation here again.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.The bed was awful and the refrigerator buzzed all night long.I think I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The maid service was very good.The manager was rude and the hotel smelled of smoke!The hotel is in need of a facelift and you would be better off staying in another hotel if you are traveling with small children. This hotel would be better for business travelers who don't really care but are just looking for a bed to sleep in.

Price was reasonable; helpful staff, reasonable continental breakfast.Very hot room.I recommended that the staff turn on the A/C at least an hour before check in time. It was easy to find.The room smelled a little stale.I thought it was a little overpriced for the time of week. It turned out there was a nice big motel across the London Bridge that had all the amenities and was pretty new.

Nothing Rick the manager called me a lire made us change rooms after he agreed to upgrade us.The lying staff said they rented our room we had had to move because he got someone to pay him more money for the room.I would not stay at this motel again for free Fred.
