The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery on the planet and is situated within UNESCO World Heritage Site Rocky Mountain Parks.

COLUMBIA ICEFIELDFacing the Columbia Icefield Visitor*s Centre lies the Athabasca Glacier- a tongue of ice 6 kilometres long and 1 kilometre wide descending almost to road level. Visitors can access the glacier via *Snocoach* tours.
