Great location!! 
Not very clean!! Hotel has definitely gone downhill since I last stayed there 3 years ago. Not clean, 1 ice machine not working, dirty bath towels laid outside 2 doors for several days.

Close to concert destination. Bathroom was very dirty (walls, floor, etc.) We chose this hotel for the shuttle to the Palace of Auburn hills, only to later find out that the shuttle only had room for 6 people and ran only every half hour. Clean, friendly, good location to our friends house; good value for seniors. Bedspreads were worn quite a bit. Shower could be better, but OK. I was looking for a convenient place to sleep while visiting a good friend. We didn't have the breakfast provided, so I cannot comment on that. The overall stay was fine. The staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.

The location was close to the palace. The water in the bathtub had black stuff floating in it. If you need a place to stay for the palace this is a good place to stay. If you need to stay in a room for a while other than sleep. Stay somewhere else.

Location is good, it was quiet, and some of the staff was friendly but only to some extent. No tea in the breakfast, missing printer cable, little stuff like that. It worked out well for me but if some one needs some thing as basic as using the business centre and the printer cable is missing, at least some one should tell you instead of you learning the hard way. It was very clean. My room didn't have a closet w/ iron and ironing board. My cards had to be redone because they stopped working for some reason. The hotel was nice and I would stay again.
