Provided late check out.AC was not working, no microwave or refrigerator as requested.The maid service persons were friendly and cooperative. Price was great. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable.Icky donuts.No frills Motel, convenient location for our hikes in the mountains. Very good price. Staff helpful.

It was cheap and clean.Could be closer to downtown.I will stay here again. The room was basic but that was all I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for directions.

Friendly folks, clean room.Just a little too far around the bend for walking to shopping,Great place to stay. Definitely got my money's worth. Will stay there again on my next visit.

Clean, convenient, great swimming pool.Not enough for breakfast.Lobby is too small for adequate Breakfast, but doughnut was fresh & coffee was good.

Great pool for a hotel; kid friendly!By the time we got to the continental breakfast much food was gone.Overall excellent experience for a hotel; excellent pool and hot tub. My 4 years old had a ball; great location in Lake Placid as well.
