The hotel staff went out of their way to make the room spotless. There were not enough chairs/lounges by the pool, the design of the overall building was pool. This motel was a building straight out of the 1950's. It was off an isolated road; it was surrounded by unattractive trailers and trashy yards; and it had almost no view of Clear Lake. Manager was nice. Being work up at 2:30 am. The room was not comfortable. Too much noise, light coming in the room. In the middle of no where.

Proximity to casino/restaurant. Front desk said no rooms available. Pretty clean, poor in the ice availability, great air conditioning units. Restaurant in the casino next door was surprisingly good.

Location. Staff was a little rude. I Love to Fish and this place has everything a marina, boat launch, restaurant, pool for the wife and kids and a casino for the evening. When I stay in Clear Lake I here!

The view. All the bugs that were in our room. There were tons of little Nets outside and inside our room. I was extremely unhappy with this hotel. There were Nets outside and inside our room. We were not able to sleep because we where getting attacked my mosquitoes or Nets. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall Rating:
Large rooms, easy access. Poor lighting in room. For a newer hotel, the quality is not that great. Fixtures, carpet, lighting, etc. was poor quality. Hotel is hard to find and there are not any decent quality restaurants nearby.
