Clean, comfortable bed, internet access. Phones were down for 2 days. The continental breakfast was outstanding!

Breakfast, nice staff, large rooms. I got a wake up call at 6 am, and I didn't ask for it! (Was on vacation). Very clean, nice facility. Nice touches like a fitness center, continental breakfast, big rooms, all made for a nice stay. Helpful, pleasant staff too.

Very clean and well maintained. They have just started up-charging $5.00 if you ask for a king bed. They never have in past. We stay here frequently when in Denver. Up until now the staff has been friendly and accommodating. The manager on duty wanted to up charge this time for a requested king bed - they never have before.

The best bed in any hotel I have stayed in. The internet is very slow connecting-sometimes is not working and requires a lot of tech support. Some non-smoking rooms are definitely smoked in. We stay at this hotel at least once a month on business. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping and easy access to freeways for travel around the city. The beds are extremely comfortable. Allow pets. Price was about $20 more than when I stayed here 6 months age. The high-speed Internet wasn't working well, but the beds were OK. Last time we had a refrigerator in the room (it was our second stay), and I assumed that all rooms had that. Apparently not. The breakfast was just what we needed to get the boys ready for their basketball games. It was just a little confusing to get to and get out of. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the quietness of the hotel itself. I would recommend the hotel to friends.
