Location close to Downtown Cleveland.
Parking, parking, parking.
Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Very close to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field and the Browns Stadium. Great value for the money.

Although my room was non-smoking, could smell smoke as soon as you entered hallway.
