The Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is Lancaster's newest hotel, opened in May 2001. We are conveniently located on the Lancaster Business Route 33 next to the River Valley Mall. Our hotel has the extra amenities you've been looking for with an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, in-room movie rental, Nintendo and an extended complimentary Continental breakfast. Our large comfortable great room is a wonderful place to enjoy our specially prepared cinnamon rolls in the morning. We also offer ADA compliant rooms, 15 kitchenette suites, 10 whirlpool rooms, and 38 standard rooms with 1 king or 2 queen beds. All of our rooms come equipped with an iron, board, hair dryer, coffee maker, alarm clock radios, two 2-line phones with voicemail, micro-refrigerator, and free high-speed and wireless Internet access.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large with a kitchenette.

The continental breakfast and dinning area.No hot tub.This hotel exceeded my expectation in terms of cleanliness and comfort. I had previously stayed next door in a competitors hotel needless to say I have found a new hotel.

The pool was very nice, the continental breakfast was better than average.The staff did not clean, make beds or replenish towels because personal items were left on the bed. (Pillows and blankets).The hotel was clean and up to date. Many people stay for more than 1 night. The other issue I had was we never had enough towels! Afternoon desk staff was great. Very clean and well maintained hotel.During a very early morning checkout in which I was in a hurry, I could not find anyone at the front desk.Very nice motel and priced right for the quality and service.
