Non-smoking facility, would not have chosen it had I known.
Nice hotel. Not at all in-town. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. Kind of suburban and not a place to stay if you want to be near the center of Lansing.

We had a very nice stay. We were happy we could bring our little dog along that made my daughter happy. The staff was friendly and helpful, room was very clean.

The food was excellent.
There was nothing we did not like.
I am a frequent traveler and would say this is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and had deluxe bedding. It was a great value.

Could use some updating, like curtains, fresh paint, etc. Parking too far from guest rooms.
This was probably a very nice hotel 20 years ago. The location is great. It could use a little "freshening up". Parking rather inconvenient; close to banquet rooms, but a long walk to guest rooms.

Hotel was gorgeous, room was beautiful at mid-day they refreshed the room and left chocolate covered strawberries. A great surprise to come back to.
The whirlpool was over chlorinated. My skin is still red three days later from using the whirlpool.
This is a beautiful hotel, the pictures don't do it justice. Rooms are very spacious and the customer service was wonderful. After coming back to the room after a busy day we were surprised that they had freshened up the room and left us a dish of chocola...Read More
