The noise/party atmosphere, arguments in the lobby.If I would have been traveling with my wife rather than a guys weekend this would have been horrible. The room was relatively clean. Location was very convenient.The mattress on our bed was very poor. My wife kept rolling to the outside of the bed.We were disappointed. The carpets in the hallways appeared dirty. The room was clean, but there was only one towel in the bathroom and as I stated the mattress was very poor.

The bedding is very nice and comfortable.Having to haul my suitcase up a flight of stairs.I've been going to this hotel for over 10 years. I love the sun room where they have the pool. I think they need to change their decor. It's North Woods and that just doesn't seem to make the hotel very attractive. Go back to regular chairs and couches.

Lobby was great.Noise thin walls you will be awake at night.If you stay here avoid the rooms by the pool area the noise is bad even people just walking down the hall will awake you. The lobby and service were great.The room was in good shape and clean the price was excellent.
