The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was convenient and great.
The pool was small for the size of the hotel. They skimped on shampoo, cups, etc. Refrigerator need defrosting badly.

This is a nice hotel in a good location for Lansing-west travelers. Everything was well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had just shampooed our room - damp, mildew smell, tp damp, sheets, damp
Just needed to have fans or air on to dry up the carpets. If we had a dry room, it would have been perfect. Food was fresh and tasty.
