The staff was friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was convenient and great.
The pool was small for the size of the hotel. They skimped on shampoo, cups, etc. Refrigerator need defrosting badly.

Smoking room. The entire hotel chain should be smoke-free.
Great hotel, friendly people. We always look for the Country Inn and Suites sign when we travel because we know everything will be fine. Thank you.

Clean room, good location and breakfast.
No complaints.
This is a nice hotel in a good location for Lansing-west travelers. Everything was well-kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The counter person was friendly.
The walls, shower and bed spread were dirty.

Nice location, nice rooms, great staff. but see below
Had just shampooed our room - damp, mildew smell, tp damp, sheets, damp
Just needed to have fans or air on to dry up the carpets. If we had a dry room, it would have been perfect. Food was fresh and tasty.
