I liked the decorations and the bedding. The staff was slow to help, the check in line was very long 15 min. The hotel lay out is confusing. This is an okay place to stay. I have stayed at Ritz Lake Las Vegas and Lowes and they are both better then the RW. The rooms are nice but ours was not as clean as it should have been (hair laying around the bathroom is disgusting).

Very nicely kept grounds. Ducks are a nice touch. Very friendly staff. Room service charges pretty steep. Airport transportation costs. My wife and I went on a 3 day vacation. We are tired by the strip so we chose this resort which was lovely. Their shuttle to/from the strip was convenient as we attended a couple of shows.
