          The Pioneer Hotel and Gambling Hall is located in the heart of Laughlin Nevada just over ninety miles south of Las Vegas. Perched on the banks of the majestic Colorado River on S. Casino Drive the Pioneer is just minutes from all area attractions. Laughlin is also an easy drive from the Grand Canyon and the metropolitan areas of Phoenix and Southern California.
          Davis DamDavis Dam is an earth fill dam on the Colorado River about 70 miles downstream from Hoover Dam. Davis Dam forms Lake Mohave. The dams purpose is to re-regulate releases from Hoover Dam and facilitate the delivery of Colorado River water to Mexico.

          Grapevine Canyon PassNative American petroglyphs left by an unknown tribe adorn the walls of this canyon located near Christmas Tree Pass northwest of Laughlin. Two miles off Hwy 163 the canyon was named for the abundant wild grape plants to be found in the area.
