The continental breakfastHow rude the hotel staff was about the pool closing time.I will not stay at this hotel location again. The way my friend and I were treated by the front desk staff on more than one occasion was not necessary at all.

Erin the hostess was amazing!That I couldn't stay longer.The rooms were well kept and the service that I recieved from erin was awesome she opened up the juice part of the kitchen area for my child even though it was after hours. Then she didn't even blink when my child dumped cranberry juice everywhere!

Free dsl internet access for laptops in the room, it's the only thing that saved me.This hotel really smells, literally. I think the carpets are sour.The first thing you notice is the smell and the effort to cover up the smell. I stayed on the first floor, room 136. It's location for the reason we were in Utah.The loud disturbance in the hallway outside our room the first night.On our first night at this hotel we were frightened by a disturbance in the hallway. Location.Showing its age.The hotel is in a good location for dining and shopping. It is a little worn down and could use updating. The continental breakfast was better than average.

The Location was easy to find, easy to navigate to, and located next to great shopping and a short hop from Lagoon.The rooms were dirty. The bathroom tub, sink had mold growing, the shower curtain was dirty, the floors were dirty. The cleanliness was not there.The hotel was in a great location and easy to find. The front desk was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were dirty and not well kept. A shower that is cleaned every day should not have mold growing on it!
