Overall Rating:
New, updated, convenient, microwave and refrigerator in room.
Smelly room.Overall, a good experience but the room smell killed the good-excellent quality overall. It's possible that it was a pet room and that something had been used to clean the room, which left an odor.

The staff was very helpful and the room was great. I have 3 small children and it was perfect for them with the pool and the breakfast.The room kind of smelled bad but it was a room that allowed pets.We were going to Cape Henlopen and it was just a few miles away, very close to restaurants and entertainment, and kid and pet friendly. The pool was really great too.

The room was spacious and the desk clerks were very helpful.There was a group of wedding guest and they took over the lobby (which was small) for a the better part of the afternoon.This was our first time in Lewes, Delaware and we were not familiar with the area. The location and staff.The room was not swept very well before we arrived. There were rice crispiest on the phone and on the carpet. The room smelled like urine.I would stay there again next time in a nonsmoking room and take the children along. The friendly atmosphere and kind staff made our time there relaxing.
