The beds and pillows were super comfortable.Lack of communication. One of my rooms was not ready even 3 hours after check-in.Easy access, pool, comfy beds. I like how close the hotel was to rupp arena.It was kind of run down.The hotel was okay. All I did was sleep there and it served that purpose greatly.

Not much.Bad TV , torn-up furniture, light bulbs out and missing, needs to be better cleaned.I expect a clean room and a TV that works at least with proper room lighting. It was a place to sleep and nothing more.

Clean, coffee maker, hair dryer.Too much noise.I would stay there again, but not in room 231.there was too much noise from the express way. Somebody tried to get into our room. We were there to get some sleep, my husband had to check into the hospital at 10 am so were didnt get much rest.
