The beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Lack of communication. One of my rooms was not ready even 3 hours after check-in.

I like how close the hotel was to rupp arena.
It was kind of run down.
The hotel was okay. All I did was sleep there and it served that purpose greatly.

Bad TV , torn-up furniture, light bulbs out and missing, needs to be better cleaned.
I expect a clean room and a TV that works at least with proper room lighting. It was a place to sleep and nothing more.
