Hotel Description:
The Americas Best Value Inn and Conference Center of Lima is located just off I-75 at Exit 130. We feature an Olympic size indoor heated swimming pool surrounded by poolside Guest rooms. Wireless Hi-Speed Internet access is available throughout the entire hotel. We provide guests free long distance calling all over the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. All our Guest rooms are equipped with coffeemakers, iron, ironing boards, and hair dryers. Guest rooms with both mini-fridge and microwave are available upon request. Exercise facilities, meeting, and banquet facilities are located on-site for your convenience. We also offer a full-service restaurant and lounge. The staff was great and the pizza was outstanding.Not all electric outlets worked in room, and pool area was dark and water was really cold, but kids didn't mind.We were curious at first that our price was not getting us into a nasty hotel. Friendly staff and very clean rooms and the service was great.N/AThe staff was very friendly and willing to help. the room was clean and spacious plenty of towels and the Jacuzzi was clean and big enough for 2 people comfortable. Liked the in room safe and fridge.

The staff was very friendly. They made us feel very welcome and tried their best to be accommodating.The hotel is being remodeled; so it was a little beat up.I liked the stay, the staff was great. The lounge is nice; the service was good. The food was good also and reasonably priced. I'd recommend it to people.

NA.It needs updated, the rooms were from the 80's.When I drove into the parking lot, the hotel which didn't even have a sign, looked abandoned. Staff was very accommodating.Nothing.The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel is a bit dated and our bathroom light was dim. I've stayed in lesser hotels for more money.

Nothing.Dirty, smelly, old, scary.The hotel room, lobby and hallway had smelled of dampness. The room was dirty, the shower had a coating of dirt on the floor. The wall paper was falling off, neither drain in the shower or the sink worked well. Completely disgusting hotel.

The swimming pool was nice and the employees were very nice.The room did not have a microwave as stated and the air didnt work very well.I enjoyed staying here and will probably stay again. The only problem was that there were no nearby stores or restaurants or attractions. I enjoyed the peace and quiet though.

Quiet location.Rooms need repairs/updating.If you want economy and don't mind minor disrepair then this hotel would be your choice.

The pool was great. It was clean and of good size.Everything in the room, such as door, lighting fixtures, and bed frames were cheap.It was pretty good for the money, but it was run down and outdated. The things they tried to repair and update were done in a cheap manner.

The swimming pool was awesome!Nothing.The location was great, close to area attractions. The Olympic sized pool was wonderful and since it was inside, the weather wasn't a worry.
