It was easy to find.
The first room we were in had been smoked in.Staff was friendly, hotel is in need of a face lift, but all in all, we had a good stay.

Closes to the mountains and other attractions.Pool stairs were broken (chipped), breakfast area was too small.Hotel was nice for a quick get away. The towels for the pool area were at the front desk so you had to go to the front desk first then the pool area. The pool was not kept up for public use. It was very central to all the places we wanted to visit.Recent renovations were half-assed, especially in the bathroom.Well situated near vacation attractions such as the Flume and the Lost River in the town of Lincoln, which has nice shops and such. Friendly staff and good housekeeping help make up for the fact that it isn't a 5-star.

I liked the location, pool and hot tub.The pool wasn't open until I asked them to open it for my kids.I would stay there again because it was so cheap and the location was convenient but if you're looking for a place that's a little upscale, this isn't the place. I just happened to notice that the box spring on the bed was very dingy and badly stained.
