The rooms were decently sized and clean.
The shuttle service was terrible. The front desk staff was slightly rude.
In all, decent place to stay for a quick night or two. Not offensive in the least as far as visuals go. The free breakfast was barely edible. The shuttle service is spotty at best and the front desk staff seemed highly disorganized.

Staff went overboard to be helpful on service. There was no problem; they just went the extra mile.
Did not provide shuttle, but understand why.

The breakfast was good and well-stocked. The room was clean and comfortable.
(1) Missing remote control. (2) Replacement remote control didn't work right. (3) Major problems with shuttle service pickup.

The vanilla chain tea at the complimentary breakfast bar.
Not sure when I can get to go back.
The decor is very new, modern and comfortable. The rooms and public areas are immaculately clean. The staff is a pleasure: genuinely friendly, efficient, and responsive.

Towels could be heavier.
This is a great business person's hotel. It has a business center, exercise room and pool. It is convenient to the airport and within walking distance of several restaurants.
