Clean, comfortable, stylish and well-situated.
Room was a little cramped.
A very nice high rise hotel in the middle of Lisbon's business district, but close to the major tourist attractions. The hotel feels much more upscale than a typical North American Holiday Inn with very stylish decor.

American style and size.
AC put out hot air. Maybe just broken unit.
I was there for a short night so I shouldn't complain much. There was no soap in the room and the AC didn't work as it put out hot air and I almost swatted to death. It though was a just a quick night.
Clean, comfortable, stylish and well-situated. 
Room was a little cramped.
