Little Palm offers guests the skill, innovation and service of our Executive Chef Luis Pous and his exceptional staff in a breathtaking setting of natural island beauty. There are seasonal menus along with tempting daily specials. Throughout the day, guests experience a wonderful fusion of classic European preparations combined with fresh tropical and pan-Latin flavors. Little Palm's fine cuisine can be enjoyed in the dining room with its fine art and elegant decor or at special banquets around the island, with sit-down service of buffets poolside and at the Sunset Dock. Holidays and special events bring out sumptuous feasts. There are live musicians and everything needed for a truly memorable celebration. Chef Luis Pous's staff will also prepare a picnic for guests when they journey off the island to explore the wonders of the Florida Keys. Guest can order from the restaurant a la carte or choose our Full Meal Plan. Holiday Meals and special event menus may be subject to a surcharge.
| | Recreation Information: Most of our guests choose to simply relax and do absolutely nothing while here, however there is plenty to keep you busy should you become motivated. All watersport amenities are complimentary including the motorized boston whalers, kayaks, snorkel gear, fishing equipment, ocean floats, and beach lounges. Additional amenities available for a fee Our dive shop encourages you to explore Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, one of the healthiest coral reefs in North America with snorkeling and scuba excursions daily. We also offer fishing excursions including deep-sea or back-country, spa services at SpaTerre including numerous massage therapies, body treatments, Indonesian Rituals, Facial Care, Yoga and Salon Services. Guests are encouraged to make reservations for these activities in advance of their arrival.
