Room was very nice - food staff was friendly. Hotel was under construction - no access to pool, spa or outdoor sun deck. Tub would not drain, was standing in a foot of dirty water every time I took a shower. Hot water could not be regulated. It would run hot, then cold, then back to hot with almost no pressure. Easy access from freeway and town. Not pet friendly. Many major hotels are. One night stay and we had a relaxful time. Walls a bit thin and one could hear people talking in their rooms. But for the price couldn't beat it. Thanks for asking

Prompt check in. Able to request room style. Clean & well appointed. Views overlook freeway and rooftop of hotel. Hotel was clean and quiet. Well appointed room that was ready without problems.

Fresh delicious cookies upon check in. Staff was unpleasant, specifically the waitress at the breakfast buffet. Waitress at the breakfast buffet was rude, offensive, and ruined the last day of my family's vacation. I have notified Hilton hotel of this issue.
