The Quality Inn now features meeting space and an exercise room. The hotel is located immediately off I-81, from I-90. Convenient to many points of interest nearby. The Airport, Train Station and Bus Station are only 3 miles from the hotel. The hotel and grounds were very clean and nicely kept.The towels had hair on them.We spoke to the manager regarding this problem with the linen. It should be spotless. Convenient to everything I planned to do.Did not like the service in the hotel had an issue with house cleaning.Stay there was never completely right or comfortable. So many little things were not checked in the room from no batteries in the remote to an unclean shower curtain. It's location.The staff.The hotel was not worth the price. The staff was not very "capable" and they tried to charge me twice for the room. I would only stay there again if other hotels in the area were booked.

It's halfway between Michigan and New York.It wasn't very clean, check in person had little interest in doing there job.OK, I suppose, the area is expensive for no reason other than convenience. OK one doesn't have very high expectation for 2 stars but this didn't even reach them some of the time. Will not stay there again.

The room was very nice and clean. There was a microwave, coffeemaker and refrigerator inside.I asked for extra pillows and didn't receive them due to the Hotel apparently not having any.Overall good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, without any hesitation. We will stay there in the future.

Inexpensive and convenient to interstate, quick off and on.Book as non-smoking room on Internet and was given smoking room.Over all the hotel was nice. My only complaint was I booked a non-smoking room on the Internet and was given a smoking room. Was told 'oh that happens when you book in the Internet Major problem in my book.
