The room was very accommodating. Nicely appointed, comfortable and clean.
The front desk staff. Snooty - not at all interested in my needs. Just wanted to get me out of the way.
The hotel property is lovely with a great location. The proximity to the mall is a great bonus - and the location to the interstate system in Detroit area is excellent. The front desk staff. Not so good. Too bad for such a nice hotel.

Everythings was fine
Easy to find. Moderately priced. Freindly service. Very nice, clean room with little or no visable damage. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Excellent restaurant - Sweet Loraines.

The room was comfortable.
The front desk personnel made us feel inferior.
I went online and thought we had a free continental breakfast. The front desk looked it up and said it is not free. It was the manner in which it was done. One word - rude!
