Motel was clean.Carpet could have been cleaner. Could smell smokers across the hall.The rooms and bathroom are small, hence "Microtel". But if you just need a place to stay, it is pretty clean. It was close to the event I attended.No tea bags in room or breakfast area-all else was great.Clean place, friendly front desk staff, good value for price paid.
