Staff helpful.Tiny, tiny, tiny rooms; front desk lost.Hotel with tiny rooms located in back of beyond (for my purposes) in an uncharming part of London. But it's new and clean.

Excellent and convenient location, clean and well kept.Internet access was in a smoking area.It is a great choice, for cleanness and location. Small but well kept. Free access to a nice relaxing gym was plus. I'm happy with the experience.

The room was elegant, spacious and clean.The hotel didn't have rooms for us.Nice bar, nice resturant, good location. Simply fullfill our expections, excpet they didn't respect our reservations for the first night.
