Loved this hotel! Pool was great. Bed was comfortable. Location was central to historic sites. Great staff.
Long walk to room from elevator.
Great hotel! Have stayed at Marriott Resort Props. Over the world & this was a great one. The location was phenomenal for London sites (Parliament, Westminster Abbey, The Eye, and Buckingham Palace). We walked all over. The concierge was perfect - he ...Read More

Excellent location near Big Ben, lovely large room.
Pool was not open to children after 7 pm.
Excellent location, large rooms, and the hotel restaurant was wonderful. There's a beautiful pool but children may only use it from 9 until 7. The workout facilities are robust. There are not too many restaurants near the hotel.

Great location.
Work still in progress.
It was a great hotel in one of the most expensive cities in the world. The rooms are ample, new, well decorated and with a view of the Thames.

Location was fantastic.
Some construction on main entrance.
Perfectly located hotel in the heart of London next to the London Eye and across the Thames from Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and houses of Parliament.

Great view and location. Nice pool and health club.
Smoking smell in the guest room, long walk to room.
The staff tried hard to please, but not very attentive in general. Long hall from side door to the reception and long hallway to get to rooms. Lingering cigarette smoke smell in a non smoking room in a non smoking hotel! Overall, short walk to the train s...Read More

Location. Near to Waterloo Pier, Train Station and Underground, Parliament, London Eye.
Staff don't think customer matters. They make u feel like u are staying at local motel.
I would not recommend this hotel. It's not worth the money. I would try Ritz or Hilton next time. Staff got to learn being courteous and friendly.

The location was the best. You could walk to a great number of the attractions along the river and the scenery of Big Ben from the window was great.
Construction at the main entrance which I assume will be over soon.
Very pleased with all things related to this hotel. Convenient to get to and a beautiful area of London. The Westminster Abby, the Tate Modern Gallery, the Eye, London aquarium and many other attractions are right there including a nice boardwalk along th...Read More
