Near airport.Dirty, not 4-star, old, dingy.This hotel is definitely not 4-star. It is probably a 2.5. Very old. Towels are tiny and Motel 6 quality. Rusting out tub, old furnishings, old TV, not cleanly. Overall, this is a pretty rough place. Internet is 15 pounds a day which is almost 25 bucks.

Excellent staff.Location - too far from everything.Excellent hotel for those business travelers who need a good night sleep. The shuttle to hotel is 4 pounds one way and sometime you have to wait for it for 30-mins.

Very comfortable room and nice bathroom.No free shuttle to airport.Good location for arriving/departing London area. Rooms very nice and staff especially helpful. Soundproofing quality of rooms is very good; I couldn't hear any planes taking off or landing.
