Positive Comment - Evening staff was very polite, professional and helpful.

Negative Comment - Had to leave at 6a.m. Computer not working. Felt we were inconveniencing staff. Didn't even get receipt.

Review - Ok. Did not have opportunity to use facilities (pool, work out room, restaurants) so difficult to evaluate fairly.

Positive Comment - It was centered amongst area shopping and entertainment.

Negative Comment - It didn't have a continental breakfast.

Review - The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would choose this hotel again if I were to go back to London, ON Canada.
