The staff was incredibly helpful finding train access and quick to offer cleaning services.The hotel room had a bad smell and could have been significantly cleaner than it was.If your intended location is Long Island city, this hotel is very centrally located. However, it was not very clean, the amenities were extremely limited, and it was very overpriced for the services available.

The hotel was about 7 blocks from the subway. Staff was friendly and helpful.The mattress wasn't comfortable at all. It was as hard as a rock.The hotel is close to the subway. There are places to eat within walking distance. It's a good neighborhood. The mattress wasn't comfortable though. Some rooms had softer mattresses than others. The staff was friendly and helpful.
