Location and it didn't smell of smoke.
The TV remote did not work.
Location has a grocery store, breakfast restaurant, several fast food chains and main highway were very near.

Friendly, helpful staff; great breakfast; comfortable bed; nice amenities in room.
Bathroom door in room had cracks along the bottom.
An excellent value for a business traveler. Staff went "above and beyond" expectations. Comfortable room with several amenities. Excellent continental breakfast.
