The staff was very friendly.The doors to enter the hotel from the back did not lock.Overall this was a good place to stay; my child loved the indoor pool. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cookies in lobby.Front desk person not trained to handle on-line room purchases. Problems with double billing.Unless the traveler reserves a suite, all other rooms have no outside window. I'm at a loss for words.Lack of interest in the customer.If you want to reprogram your key card every day and eat cold microwave hash browns for breakfast, this is your hotel.
