The staff was very kind and helpful.
No restaurant on site.
This is a good hotel for those who need to stay downtown. We needed to be close to Good Samaritan Hospital. We had to find a hotel on short notice. This hotel was helpful and made our need to stay longer than planned easier.

The rooms were spacious and free internet access.
Air-con was noisy.
Overall, this is what I expected for a 3-star hotel. The rooms were pleasantly spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Good work, Holiday Inn! p.s. staff could be more helpful, instead of pushing us around - between the reception and bell desk.

Was brought to a smoking room with two beds.
I was told that hotel policy does not gurantee king size beds (which was on my confirmation). They also took us to 2 rooms that oboviously had been smoked in. After complaining they took us to 2 rooms with two beds but did not have a cigarette odor. I won...Read More

I loved the View! You get to see the Hollywood Sign on the hills.
Had to pay for parking as a registered guest of $15 a day.
