Nasty & rude staff that don't know anything about their area.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location, easy
access to freeways.
No refrigerator in the rooms/no ice machines in most of the floors.
Excellent location, clean spacious rooms, friendly staff and family friendly environment. Can easily pass for 4 stars if rooms a equipped with refrigerators and floors with ice machines.
