Very convenient to the Metro and in a culturally diverse area. Facilities offered nothing extraordinary. The staff were wonderful and recommended a fabulous restaurant. The location was very convenient to public transportation. Close to Korea town, but located in "Latin America." An interesting place to stay - I would stay here again.

Very clean bathrooms, nice to see. Everything was well stocked. Had what I needed. My room was not clean on time. The desk clerk ignored me most of the time and I was told my room would be clean in a half an hour (I showed up an hour after check in time) and then had to wait an additional hour when I came back because there was someone new at the front desk. Nothing. Location. The hotel location is unsafe, none of the women in our group felt comfortable walking outside of the hotel after dark. We could see people dealing drugs in the alley from the door of our hotel.

The staff was so perfect. You don't have internet and the location bad. I was not happy at all. Again, I want to repeat you that the staff was very bad.

The rooms are nice and appeared clean. The location is not good. This is the second time staying at this hotel. Although the location area is not that good the rooms are nice and clean. It seems the staff tries and keeps on top of things and we have found them friendly and helpful.

Close to stores and eating places. Beds were rock hard. Rather have slept on floor. Main problem is no ice box. Beds need to be replaced. Parking is ok. Have better control of rooms, what I mean is I was given a room that had not been cleaned up. Towels were laying everywhere, just not happy with these issues.
