The rooms were clean, and staff friendly. Secure parking.
We were stuck in smoking rooms.
Basic, clean, inexpensive, inhouse parking ramp with valet service was $20 per night.

Paper thin walls.
Mildew in the bathrooms, parking was almost impossible, paper thin walls (I could hear the neighbor snoring), uncomfortable beds. Do not stay here.

Located in little Tokyo the hotel was a standout in a shabby neighborhood.
Shabby neighborhood.

Clean and convenient with good service.
Room had a musty smell.
Nice hotel if you can get it through Priceline. Probably not worth paying full price. The location in Japan town made it very convenient to access several Japanese restaurants. I would stay here again if had to be in the area.
