Parking, Internet, continental break fast all included in the price. Convenient to many areas of Burbank & Hollywood. 
Couldn't do a long term (30 day stay). Not fancy, but convenient, clean. Helpful, courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Had comfortable bed, fridge, microwave, movie channels on TV. Couldn't find anything. Excellent experience. The location was convenient to Universal Studios. Room was very comfortable and continental breakfast was plentiful and tasteful. Service was hospitable and friendly.
