Good air conditioning.
Strong pine sol smell in the elevator (everyday).
This is a good hotel for the price, kind of tough to get to from I-65 North.

Clean and affordable.
Didn't see any restaurants within walking distance.
Has a pool but if it had an indoor pool it would be our choice to stay each time in Louisville as we visit during August and February.

Very run down, no vent in the bathroom so part of ceiling was coming down, bad reception on TV; pool was not open. Very disappointing.

The front desk staff were very nice. They tried their best to make up for other short comings of the place.
It was dirty and loud. There was a blood stain on the under side of our comforter. There was a dirty pair of underwear under the bed. Yuck

Quick service and friendly centrally located for my stay.
The only problem was that the in room coffee maker did not function properly.
We found it easily and was very centrally located to our business. Good room and very affordable for our needs.
