The front desk were very cordial, but could not help us.N/AThe hotel was satisfactory, if the smoking does not bother you. I had my grandchildren with me and they wanted to swim.

It was just very nice and beautiful, complete comfort, like an apartment -- our own world!We needed more towels and wash cloths the last morning we were there but housekeeping had never came from the second day of our stay.We loved it! It was very nice and really attractive. Probably one of the best Inns I had ever stayed in. It had everything a person would ever need, including an on location clothes washer and dryer. Convenient location for our purposes.Policy of having to ask for weekend light cleaning by 6pm on Friday. Is just wrong! We checked in after 6, so we got no cleaning on the weekend.As stated above, cleaning is a real issue! I thought the rates were on the high side for mid-week when we got only light cleaning.
