The hotel staff were helpful.
It is definitely not a 3 star hotel as rated by priceline, needs update.It accommodated our needs, but lacked the rating.

From the time we checked in to the hotel to the time we checked out, we enjoyed our experience - cleanliness, courtesy, comfort.I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like about this hotel.Two thumbs up for the Radisson Hotel in Lubbock. Three thumbs up for Priceline!

The bed was clean and incredibly comfortable.The bathroom (including bath linens) and the bedroom carpet were filthy. I could barely stand to shower in that tub..I was very surprised at the state of cleanliness (lack thereof) of the bathroom. Nice location.The elevators were scary.The hotel did not meet my expectations for hotel with this name. The tv remote didn't work upon arrival, and the bathroom was very small. Also, didn't care much for having to pay for breakfast, as even the cheapest motel has a continental breakfast.
