When our room was not ready the clerk apologized and gave us another one.Bugs in the bed.Very poor. My adult son and I stayed at this facility and our room was not ready when we arrived. Was upgraded to king size suite with memory foam bed. Excellent sleep.Hotel was sold out, so the continental breakfast dining room was completely full with families waiting in line for a place to sit. Chaotic.Reservation was made at the Ramada waterfront. When we arrived, the Ramada was closed with a sign on door directing us to the Hamilton inn next door. Our reserved room was sold, but the staff upgraded us to a king-sized Jacuzzi suite with memory foam bed....Read More
