The manager on duty.The housekeepers
have
stolen money from my friend. I wouldn't even trust the front desk. There were too many people behind the desk unattended that were not the auditors.

Overall Rating:
The beds.The staff was not very helpful and lacked some professionalism.Overall the hotel was what I had expected. The room was clean and breakfast was good, however, the staff was not helpful and did not even hang up her cell phone call to answer a question. The hot tub was not functional and the pool needs some repair work.

Good Location.Old No Elevator Poor Lighting.Hotel suites all on 2nd floor. No elevator lighting & decor was less than most economy hotels Whirlpool tub had no heater very few TV channels. Not Radisson Quality.

Close to shopping, quiet.Did not receive requested wake up call.Hotel is nice, but lacks some professionalism. Clean, comfortable, nice interiors, close to shopping area.
