Cheap.
Really bad draft from the AC unit.
Okay if you want a cheap hotel to stay the night. The room has a cold draft from the wall mounted AC unit.

Great location, friendly staff.
Shows some wear.
Great price, excellent location. Friendly check in at 11:30 PM. It looked like they're working on updating this hotel. The room showed a bit of wear, but the room was comfortable and I'd happily stay here again.

It was an excel inn in the middle of renovations.
I was disappointed with my experience this time. I never stayed in a nasty hotel like this. Just dirty and the accommodations were very bad.
