This hotel was clean, the staff friendly and responsive and the location convenient to the University and Downtown.
N/AThe hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and responsive and the location very convenient to the University and Downtown Madison. We would stay there again. A bonus was the proximity to the Arboretum, which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed.

Hotel staff was friendly.Our room had a terrible odor as is it was full of dirty armpits.The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

They were friendly, helpful, had a nice breakfast in AM and room was very clean and comfortable and close to why I went there.Just that the restaraunt was not attached to hotel.The room was great and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The staff was so pleasant and offered any help they could even not being a large hotel.
