Cold shower in the morning.
When I mentioned the cold shower during checkout the clerk chuckled and said, "I guess we didn't know how high to turn up the boiler". Cold showers are unacceptable.

We were welcomed at check in by a great guy. He was very courteous. The hotel room itself was very nice and we felt like we were treated exceptionally well by all staff.
