The pool was great. The breakfast buffet was great.
Nothing.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had the perfect amount of food. Just curious why they don't put fans in hotel bathrooms anymore.

The hotel served our purposes very well and we would stay there again.
All was fine except the toilet didn't work well for no reason! The hot tub was just warm.
The room was fairly clean and the breakfast buffet was good-everyone seemed nice.

Location.
Cold pool.
The pool was so cold at this hotel that my family couldn't enjoy our time there.

It was a good location.
I would have liked it better if it was updated and cleaner.
It is an older Holiday Inn so it could stand to be updated and freshened up. It is in a good location for Madison East side. I have stayed here several times and will go back when I visit Madison again.

Friendly front desk employees.
Other employees somewhat short when asked questions.

The room was clean, comfortable, attractive, as was the lobby.
We didn't get USA Today - were told they ran out. Went for coffee at 8:30 a.m. - they ran out!

Always happy with Holiday Inn and has complimentary high-speed internet.
