Clean, new, great amenities.
Location in relation to downtown.
I have never stayed in a nicer Holiday Inn. Everything was new and clean. It was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on and the huge HD flat screen was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was good.
